Mandate
The committee mandate is to utilize operational and service area outcome (SAOs) data to coordinate the development of the Administrative Services Department Review. Through collaboration within the governance structure, the committee will prioritize initiatives that stem through the findings from the department review process. Additionally, the committee will monitor the oversight and development of the Facilities Master Plan, Financial Plan, Technology Plan, Staffing Plan and other college-level initiatives.
