Housing Assistance
If you are facing housing insecurity, we can help. Our Basic Needs team will work with you to identify resources, share information about securing housing and/or seeking rent assistance, and providing referrals as possible.
Housing Assistance Resources
Many students may experience housing insecurity or homelessness some time in their lives. Research from The Hope Center indicates nearly 50% of all college students experience housing insecurity. Housing insecurity includes being behind on rent/mortgage, living out of a car, sleeping on a couch in the home of a friend/family member, or living beyond the capacity of the space.
If you are experiencing housing insecurity or homelessness, Coastline College can help identify resources, share information about securing housing and/or seeking rent assistance, and providing referrals when possible.
Making the call to receive help is an important first step in securing your safety and wellbeing.
