The Geology Associate in Science for Transfer is designed to foster in students an understanding of the Earth: the processes that affect its surface and interior, its formation and evolution through time, and its functioning as the physical environment for the living world. With the environment continuing to be a hot topic, geologists are needed more than ever. And not every geology-related job requires work outside - there are many lab-based jobs and eventual teaching opportunities, too.
