The Ides of March
March 2021 Virtual Exhibition
Unlike Shakespeare's well-known, "Beware the Ides of March," this is not a title of doom and gloom. Tragedy is not hovering over us and debts do not need to be paid. Rather, this is a celebration of new beginning, like the origins of the Ides - the month's full moon and what was once considered the start of a new year. Spring is around the corner! The Ides of March celebrates new beginnings through performance, play, creativity, and self-reflection.
